hallways and foyers .....
..love these bright, cheery, funky and eclectic hallway ideas....
...last week I hung all of my recently purchased artwork in our little hallway "gallery"....and it got me thinking about hallways/foyers......
...I tried to get a good shot of my little project....but I'm still trying.....:)

two things.....
....i have been waiting for this to happen for about three years....i'm so excited that i finally got a bloom {the smell is so heady and wonderful!}....and the fact that it bloomed the week of knack's shin dig is so sweet.......
....and speaking of shin dig......the decorations have begun :).....

what a great week...we had mother's day to start it off... and then to top it all off... today is our first day of summer! ...as in my kids are out of school! woo hoo! ...no more homework...carline... or lunches for a while...
we celebrated...with dinner out and ice cream treats... {thus the cherry dilly bar!}... and will continue to partay... as we have many fun things planned for our summer...
...for now though, it's all about the shin dig this coming thursday night! ... can't wait!

.....there are very few things that I watch consistently on the telly....but let me tell you...
... since 9 by design started in april I have been tuning in...and can't seem to tear my eyes away from this talented design duo....
...they have the midas touch when it comes to all things design.....and they always incorporate found pieces into their plan......which makes me love them even more.....{maybe one day they'll use a little knackity knack!}
...if you haven't tuned in already.......you should.....you will get all kinds of great tips and ideas .....and can feast your eyes on some killa design ...
