Introductions
I know that you all want to see a furniture makeover today....but last week was such a roller coaster ride that I only dibbled and dabbled in starting a few things and finished not a one of them! I am totally ok with what went down, and I am also ok with the fact that you may or may not be upset that there is a break in the eye candy.....we are just going to roll with the punches this week! The chair pictured above is a custom job that I am thrilled to be working on for a really talented husband and wife artist team. I think for the big reveal of this piece I want to shoot it with one of their pieces of artwork hanging behind it on the wall.......they are so talented......seriously.....and I promise to show you.Miss "S" had seen this chair that I did last year, and decided that she had to have it! ......However, when she went back to purchase it, it had already been scooped up! Miss "S" could not get Woodington out of her mind, so she searched and searched for the perfect chair that she could have me work some Woodington magic on....and this chair is what she found. Pretty great right?! Luckily, I had previously stocked up on this fantastic fabric, and so we are totally good to go!I will have two chairs to show you this week and next. One is muted, gildy, and elegant and the other is fun, fantastic, and modern. Coming soon!{also, exciting news about the new studio as it unfolds....but for now I am in the world of many phone calls and changes that need to be made in order to get this ball rolling!}Hope you have a great day today!xo,Barb
